Sports Massage: For the client looking for the treatment of injuries or repetitive sprains/strains that have built up over time in specific areas of soft tissue and muscle areas. This massage is designed to support muscle recovery and treat injuries. Usually for treating localized areas. The body needs to typically rest for 24 hours and muscles may be in recovery for 48 hours. Our sports massage includes stretching techniques and advice including whether it is to advised to seek further medical treatment. This massage comes with the most detailed consultation. Deep Tissue Massage: Deep tissue massages are for people who seek medium-deep pressure and the breaking up of knots to help the flow of circulation. This massage is great for people seeking a full-body treatment. The therapist will work direct pressure into specific areas of the body where needed.

Therapeutic Massage: Therapeutic massages are designed to rejuvenate, calm, and unwind the body and mind. They can range from light to medium pressure and are for relaxation purposes. The main purpose of this massage is to reduce stress and lessen mild pains. Prenatal falls under this category and does not incur additional charges.

Stretching Session: This is focused on increasing mobility and loosening muscles. Great for cooling the body down post intense aerobic activity, or preparing the body for a physical event (running, golf tournament, etc.) (Alicia Only)
